CHARLOTTE, N.C. — SignUpGenius, the leading online sign up service for event and volunteer management, was recently recognized for web design and development, as well as web writing and video.
Recent awards include:
Videos highlighting the inspirational users that SignUpGenius helps have become a point of emphasis in the company’s content marketing program, and American Business Award judges gave the video spotlighting Bright Blessings high marks for storytelling. “Great video and an engaging story told well,” one judge commented. “Having read about other similar products in the past, this video presented emotional and human elements that others haven't been able to capture or communicate.”
The series of awards comes on the heels of many new feature announcements in the past year, including a revamped SignUpGenius account page that lets users easily sort and archive sign ups, a Facebook login, profile pictures and improved site architecture for a quicker, more reliable user experience.
“Simplicity is elegance in my opinion, and with this philosophy, we have the ability to release new features and product updates quickly and with minimal issues,” said SignUpGenius Vice of Architecture Jad Tolbert. “This type of agility provides advantages for our users in terms of great new features.”
