Use Calendar View Format

The default format of sign ups created with our system is a list view format. However, we also offer the option for the sign up creator to show multiple date sign ups in a calendar view format. 

  1. Log into your account and view your Created sign ups. Select the pencil icon to the right of the sign up you wish to edit. 
  2. From the Settings tab, scroll down to Preferences where you will see the General Settings tab.  
Check the box to show calendar view by default. Keep in mind, the calendar view is available only for multiple date sign ups. Click Save to update the changes made to this page.

If you do not see the calendar option, you may need to edit the global settings for your account.  

  • Click your profile picture or initials in the upper right area of the page.  
  • Choose Settings
  • Click the Sign Ups tab.
From here, you can manage default settings for sign ups created in your account. Once you update the “Show Calendar view by default” setting, you will be able to edit the sign up you were working on and choose this option.
